HotFoot Recruiters is hiring Warehouse General Laborers to support material handling and warehouse operations for a growing construction company in North Phoenix, Arizona . This is a hands-on position supporting the receiving, organization, movement, and distribution of materials used on an active semiconductor construction project.

Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | M-F 7A-4P with OT eligibility
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against delivery documentation
- Sort, stage, label, and store materials in designated warehouse areas
- Prepare materials and equipment for distribution to field teams
- Maintain accurate inventory and material records
- Assist with warehouse organization and general housekeeping
- Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment
- Follow all warehouse, construction-site, and semiconductor facility safety requirements
- Assist warehouse leads and project teams as needed
- Previous warehouse, construction, material handling, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse/construction environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Need to know how to drive a sit-down forklift and pallet jack
- Semiconductor or construction-site experience is a plus
- Mandarin/English bilingual skills are preferred
- Must be comfortable working as part of a multicultural project team
