Warehouse Fulfillment AssociateWe are hiring Warehouse Associates/Fulfillment Associates for a long-term temporary position in a high-volume distribution center. This role includes picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet productivity and attendance expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship orders accurately using pick listsScan inventory and perform receiving and put-away functionsLoad and unload trucks as neededUse handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Rotate between warehouse positions based on workloadMeet hourly and daily production quotasFollow warehouse safety policies and proceduresSkills & ExperienceWarehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience preferredPicker, packer, shipping, or receiving experience a plusBasic computer skills and data entryExperience using WMS or handheld scanners preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyTeam-oriented with good communication skillsRepetitive ladder useStanding, walking, bending, and lifting 30–50 lbs throughout shiftFast-paced warehouse environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to pass background checks and drug screenReliable transportation and consistent attendanceAbility to read, speak, and understand English for safety and trainingStable work history (no more than two jobs in the past 12 months)ScheduleMonday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 8:00 AM-4:30 PMMandatory overtime during peak seasons.
