Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
We are hiring Warehouse Associates/Fulfillment Associates for a long-term temporary position in a high-volume distribution center. This role includes picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet productivity and attendance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using pick lists
- Scan inventory and perform receiving and put-away functions
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Rotate between warehouse positions based on workload
- Meet hourly and daily production quotas
- Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience preferred
- Picker, packer, shipping, or receiving experience a plus
- Basic computer skills and data entry
- Experience using WMS or handheld scanners preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Repetitive ladder use
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting 30–50 lbs throughout shift
- Fast-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English for safety and training
- Stable work history (no more than two jobs in the past 12 months)
Schedule
- Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
