What You'll Do
- Pour material into small forms and prepare products for the next stage
- Remove finished pieces from forms and prepare them for reuse
- Follow daily production routines and safety procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work safely while handling materials up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Some construction, manufacturing, or hands-on work experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills are a plus
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
