Job Duties

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and verify product counts and locations.
• Supply warehouse and production areas with materials and move finished goods as required.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift.
• Basic reading, counting, and math skills.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain a company-approved forklift license.

Work Environment

• Distribution and warehouse facility.
• Frequent forklift traffic and moving equipment.
• Loading and unloading of trailers throughout the shift.
• Fast-paced environment with productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Continuous standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.
• Moderate warehouse noise levels.
