Job Description
WAREHOUSE FLOATER
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 5:30 pm, with some occasional overtime
$19.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders and production.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Organize inventory, materials, and warehouse supplies.
  • Assist with shipping, fabrication preparation, and customer pickups.
  • Perform general warehouse and shop cleanup to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Operate forklifts, hand tools, and material handling equipment safely.
  • Support warehouse and production teams with daily operations.
  • Assist with painting and finishing projects as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous warehouse, shop, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
  • Basic hand tool experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependability.
  • Painting experience is a plus.
