Warehouse/Driver Associate (Non-CDL)
Location: El Paso, TX
Compensation: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse/Driver Associate to support both warehouse operations and local deliveries. This position is ideal for someone with Non-CDL driving experience, warehouse experience, and forklift experience. When deliveries are not scheduled, this individual will assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations.
Responsibilities

• Deliver products and merchandise to customer job sites in a safe and efficient manner
• Unload merchandise at customer delivery locations
• Off-load inbound freight trucks and verify incoming shipments
• Receive, stock, organize, and put away merchandise in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse functions as assigned
• Operate a sit-down forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain all required DOT documentation, logs, inspections, and OSHA safety requirements
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Support warehouse operations during periods when deliveries are not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of driving experience
• Current Class C driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience required; current sit-down forklift certification preferred
• Active Medical Examiner's Card
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stoop, bend, twist, and spend extended periods sitting and driving
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle in varying weather and traffic conditions
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and maintain safe work practices

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire
• Must provide an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with resume submission
