Data EntrySURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a company in Plano, TX. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Available shifts include Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.Duties and Responsibilities:Review stockroom locations and remove locations not needed from ERPCycle count out material as directedAssist with move of inventory locations in ERP as directedAssist with cycle count data entryEnsure that all relevant paperwork and system input is completed for cycle counts, inventory adjustmentsWork with the quality department on all hold inventory to coordinate the final dispositionPerform any additional duties as assigned by Materials Manager.Requirements and Qualifications:Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer service preferred but not requiredProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills.Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customersCommitment to continual education about the company, products and services.About SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
