At Nature's Touch, growth opportunities are everywhere!We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and results-driven Warehouse Data Coordinator to maintain the warehouse inventory data reconciled and in synch between different systems.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and indirectly to the Facility Manager, this role oversees all aspects of the warehouse data reconciliation with a strong focus on operational efficiency, productivity, safety, and team performance. As the Warehouse Data Coordinator, you will ensure that all warehouse transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the appropriate system, providing consistent support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiscal month-end reconciliation. We are looking for a hands-on data coordinator who can make a tangible impact on day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Promote Safety FirstFoster a safe, positive, and productive workplace culture.Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards across all operations.Warehouse Data CoordinatorCoordinate and reconcile all aspects of the warehouse transactions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, production, and schedulingInterpret and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, freight invoices, and delivery receiptsIdentify BOL, receiving report, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating issues as neededSupport the integration and data flow between the WMS and ERP/accounting systems to ensure consistency and traceabilityApply working knowledge of transportation terminology (LTL, FTL, carrier routing, freight classes, tracking) to facilitate accurate transaction recordingMaintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment by following and enforcing company and legal standardsPrepare and maintain department reporting and record-keeping systemsEnsures adherence and accountability to all material & inventory control policies and proceduresEnforces established warehouse practices and protocolsContinuous Improvement & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with quality assurance, maintenance, and production to support smooth plant operationsPartner with accounts payable and receivable to provide support documentation on timeRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing within the food industryStrong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FDA, and SQFExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in WMS programs and reporting toolsHigh computer proficiency-must be comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems simultaneouslyEfficient use of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency with ExcelStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.Work Location & Working Conditions:This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
