As our Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our branch running efficiently by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time. Your work directly impacts our technicians' ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.If you take pride in organization, accuracy, accountability, and ownership, we'd love to meet you.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, inventory control, and receiving for the Orlando branch. This role oversees all incoming and outgoing materials, maintains inventory accuracy within ServiceTitan, and ensures the warehouse and technician vehicles remain properly stocked, organized, and ready for daily operations.Supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams, this position serves as the operational link between the warehouse and the field.
Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.This is not an entry-level position.
