Follow order-specific instructions provided with each order and detailed on the pick ticket.• Production: Monitor throughput, organize workflow, plan production activities, and lead the order book to ensure all cancel dates and deadlines are met.• Forklift Operations: Oversee safe forklift operations, accurate picking and putaway processes, and compliance with all safety guidelines.• Shipping & Receiving: Manage inbound and outbound operations, including receiving ocean containers, loading outbound trailers for completed orders, and processing small parcel shipments.• E-Commerce: Ensure accurate order fulfillment and merchandise distribution for direct-to-consumer clients through small parcel shipping.
