General Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer)
Location: Elgin, SC 29045 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $19/hour + overtime + benefits
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our distribution operations. This role primarily involves picking and packing orders using an RF scanner to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products. Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are critical to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately using RF scanners and pick sheets
- Pack items for shipment, ensuring correct quantities, addresses, and shipping details
- Verify orders against pick/pull sheets to ensure accuracy
- Receive, verify, and inventory incoming goods in accordance with packing lists and documentation
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area
- Support overall warehouse and distribution center operations through additional assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse picking and packing preferred
- Experience using RF scanners required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity and timeliness expectations
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
