CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for warehouse associates in the Saco, ME area. Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and enjoy a 4-day work week, 3 days off each week, and plenty of overtime opportunities!
Schedule: First Shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Four-day work week. Three consecutive days off each week. Overtime opportunities available based on business needs.
Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately. Load and unload freight safely and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment as required; training provided where applicable. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform inventory checks and quality inspections to ensure accuracy. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
Desired Background/Skills: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
