If you're ready to learn, stay active, and grow in your career, we want to hear from you.Essential Responsibilities:In order to be successful in this role you'll need to be able to handle the following:Package, label, and stock materials and inventoryScan and track inventory using barcode systemsAssist with shipping and receiving tasksBuild pallets using tools like table saws and pneumatic nail gunsOperate forklifts (training provided and certification required)Maintain a clean and safe work areaReport any safety concerns to supervisorsSupport production by ensuring materials are available and organizedWork independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervisionPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications / Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Basic math and counting skillsReliable, team-oriented, and self-motivatedWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and follow instructionsPhysical Requirements:Ability to regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingAbility to work in varying temperaturesAirtech is a family-owned global leader in materials used to manufacture high-performance composite parts.
