Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing product and materials. This role oversees receiving, labeling, staging, and shipping of hardware, hollow metal, and related materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery to support project and production operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and process incoming shipments in ERP systemsOperate forklift and other equipment to move, stage, and organize materialsLabel and mark materials for jobs, work orders, and change ordersPrepare and ship materials using UPS, LTL, and other carriersCoordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Production on order statusComplete required shipping documentation and bills of ladingFile and track freight claims for damaged materialsMaintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with inventory counts, local deliveries, and cross-department support as neededFollow all safety, PPE, OSHA, and company policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent with relevant warehouse/shipping experienceForklift experience preferredBasic computer and ERP skillsAbility to read labels, measurements, and shipping documentsStrong organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands of the roleValid driver's licenseWorking ConditionsWork is performed in both office and warehouse environments. Regular use of computer systems, phones, and standard office or warehouse equipment required. Periodic lifting up to 50lbs and material handling are expected.
