Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesStock and organize products safely and accurately.Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.Load and unload the delivery trucks.Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.Direct Manager/Direct ReportsReports to: Branch/Warehouse ManagerDirect Reports: NoneTravel RequirementsMinimal to none; role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.Working ConditionsWork performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperaturesUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.Ability to read, write, understand, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.Preferred QualificationsForklift experience or certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training)Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environmentCertificationsForklift Certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training)CompetenciesSafety First MindsetTeamwork and CollaborationCustomer ServiceDependabilityAttention to DetailThe base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
