The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. This includes checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring all LGV activity in the warehouse, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for cross country shipments and customer requirements, while maintaining a clean, and safe work environment.Essential FunctionsReceive and process all inbound orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including raw materials, pallets, ingredients, and internal transfers.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for receiving, including compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) efficiently and accurately.Validate new SKU's in the WMS to ensure proper storage and handling by the LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles).Clear blocked locations in WMS to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate with CSO (Central Shipping Office) to ensure smooth flow of shipments in and out of the warehouse as per schedule.Compile records by SKU, quantities, sub-inventories, and validate Oracle EBS, and WMS inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors.
