Warehouse Associate/Packer

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates/Packers to join our client's team in Asheboro. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing with the potential for full-time employment. Location: Technimark – Asheboro, NC

Pay: $15.25 per hour

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Summary: We are looking for individuals to join our team in Asheboro. This position offers the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Package finished products according to control plan specifications.
• Perform secondary operations including removing parts from molds, trimming, decorating, and assembly.
• Complete and document in-process quality inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully pass required background and drug screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
