Warehouse Supervisor & Team LeadVGM Fulfillment is national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Shiremanstown, PA.Job Purpose Summary: The purpose of this job is to do what is most necessary to continue and improve production in the warehouse. Keeping regular maintenance on the machines and parts is a common occurrence. Working with others within the facility to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and safety is a priority.Reporting Accountability: Warehouse Supervisor & Team LeadWorking Location: Onsite at Shiremanstown, PA warehouseWork Hours Classification: Semi-Full Time, Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Consistently meets or exceeds departmental expectations.Keep the warehouse clean and organizedLoading the outbound trailerPick up cardboard and fill compactorFilling in, if necessary, to keep production in a "positive" stateWarehouse cleaning (floor scrubber operation, sweeping, etc.)Using the pallet jack to move machines from one location to a more proximal locationBreak down pallets of machines by breaking down smaller cases of 4 to 5 machinesCapable of working overtime if needed, including extra hours during the week and some Saturday mornings.Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business.Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuriesMaintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and proceduresMaintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds.Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management.Be willing and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives.Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills.Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunitiesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee maybe required to assist with other departmental functions upon request.Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.Key Qualifications:Ability to multitask and prioritizeAble to function independently and as part of a teamHigh school educationPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for a majority of the dayAbility to push, pull, lift and carry up to 15lbsFor CPAP Utility Associates, ability to lift boxes up to 35lbsVisual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral visionLearn more about VGM Group, Inc.:Headquartered in Waterloo, Iowa, VGM is a 100% employee-owned company providing business and professional services to thousands of business customers across North America.
