In this role, you will supervise warehouse associates, oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, and ensure accurate inventory control using WMS and ERP systems. You will drive performance through KPIs, enforce safety and OSHA standards, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Partner closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to meet service-level targets, support continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing, engaged warehouse team.
