Job Description
This role involves working in a warehouse assembly environment to package, prepare, and verify products for shipment. You will work on a manual assembly line performing tasks such as opening cases, inserting products into boxes, conducting visual inspections, labeling, palletizing, and preparing mixed-case orders. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, flexibility, and clear, respectful communication with team members.

Responsibilities

Work on a manual assembly line to package and prepare products for shipment.

Open cases of product and insert items into boxes according to established procedures.

Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality and accuracy before packaging.

Label products, boxes, and cases accurately to meet shipping and inventory requirements.

Place labeled cases onto pallets in an organized and secure manner.

Rotate through assigned positions on the manual line as part of a structured rotation system.

Prepare mixed-case orders for shipment by picking products and verifying order accuracy.

Maintain efficiency and organization while handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate respectfully and effectively with coworkers and supervisors to support smooth operations.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working around moving machinery and equipment.
Essential Skills

Demonstrated ability to perform assembly and warehouse tasks in a production environment.

Strong manual dexterity for handling, packaging, and assembling products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with refurbishing, rebuilding, or packaging products in a warehouse or similar environment.

Experience in assembly work or distribution center operations.

Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks and repetitive processes.

Comfort working as part of a large team within a shared department.

This is a Contract position based out of North Bend, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
