Hiring for Warehouse Associate in Irving, TXThis role performs general warehouse labor in a fast-paced distribution environment that supports a major aviation account. The Warehouse Associate accurately handles high-value aviation parts, completes inventory tasks, and processes incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems. This position offers multiple shift options, opportunities for advancement, and exposure to a rapidly growing aviation logistics operation.ResponsibilitiesPerform general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and safety.Support an aviation logistics account by handling aircraft and airport parts according to specific part numbers and documentation.Pull and stage parts based on aviation and airport part numbers, ensuring correct items and quantities for orders.Wrap and protect high-value aviation parts using various techniques and adhesives, applying extra care for components that may be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.Perform cycle counts regularly and accurately to maintain precise inventory levels.Process incoming shipments by receiving, verifying, and recording items in the warehouse management system.Process outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for transport in accordance with customer and aviation requirements.Operate within a warehouse management system, including RamCo and other WMS or ERP tools such as SAP, to track inventory and orders.Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed, ensuring items are handled and stored properly.Follow established procedures and quality standards to minimize errors and protect high-value inventory.Collaborate with a large team on each shift to meet productivity goals and support continuous operational growth.Adapt to different shift schedules as needed, including potential Thursday–Sunday coverage, to support business needs.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Irving, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
