The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving and storing inventory, pulling parts for shop work orders, maintaining accurate records, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shop work orders and shipping orders.Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular cycle countsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safelyEnsure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulationsAssist in loading and unloading trucksReport damaged or missing inventory to supervisorsEnsure warehouse yard and inventory (large items) are properly and accurately stored (primary).Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse or inventory experience - Minimum of 3 yearsBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory softwareAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesPrior forklift experience - Minimum of 3 yearsPrevious experience in handling large item inventory with fork lift - Minimum of 3 yearsWorking Conditions:Fast-paced warehouse environmentMay require occasional overtime or Saturday shiftsUse of protective gear such as gloves, safety shoes, and safety glasses.Benefits:Health/Dental/Vision InsurancePaid Time OffLife InsuranceLong Term Disability401KESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)Schedule:Full Time – 40 Hours/Week + OvertimeMust be authorized to work in the U.S.
