MEMCO is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Laborer in Franklin, NC!
Pay: $16-$18/hr
Full-time; Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Starting ASAP!
MEMCO is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate/Laborer for our Customer in Franklin, NC. You will support daily operations by loading, unloading, and moving materials safely and efficiently. This hands-on role requires reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Position Requirements :

  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials safely and efficiently
  • Verify loads are secured and handled properly during transport
  • Travel with the delivery truck to jobsites and customer locations to deliver construction materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards, including proper lifting techniques and PPE
  • Assist with inventory counts as needed
  • Work as part of a team on deliveries and job sites
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs and working in outdoor conditions
  • Operate or work around equipment such as forklifts or delivery trucks
Qualifications :
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of building materials or willingness to learn
  • Reliable with the ability to work early shifts and overtime as needed
  • Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
Requirements :
  • Preemployment Drug Screen
  • Full PPE, including steel-toes
