Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for an established manufacturing company in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. This first-shift position with a pay range of $16 to $17/hr and is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with warehouse, shipping, logistics, or forklift experience.

- First-shift schedule: Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Fridays typically from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

- Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
- Package items for safe storage and shipping using materials such as foam, shrink wrap, cardboard, wood, and scrap materials.
- Identify, count, sort, measure, inspect, and kit items using drawings, photographs, and pick lists.
- Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise and materials.
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or a related field; forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to safely perform a physically active warehouse role and handle the required workload.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic math skills.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new processes and responsibilities.
