Position Overview

CDW is seeking skilled Warehouse Coordinator to support day?to?day inbound IT materials operations across its facilities. These consultants will be responsible for managing the loading dock, receiving all incoming materials, and ensuring that items are accurately documented, inspected, and delivered to the appropriate internal departments in a timely and organized manner.

• Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the facility’s loading dock, including receiving, unloading, and staging inbound IT Equipment and materials.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by checking purchase orders, packing slips, and related documentation.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Accurately record and update receipt information within warehouse management or tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth receiving workflows.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including inventory checks and material handling.

• Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse receiving, material handling, or similar operational role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems or basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast? xhqgsiq paced environment.
