We invest in our people and our business.This position is part of a team tasked with fulfilling customer orders and shipping orders to meet customer demand. Duties include but are not limited to; loading and unloading trucks, receiving materials, stocking materials, pulling orders, and shipping orders. Some kit assembling may be required.QualificationsRequirements:Warehouse / Distribution experience is a plusMust have a stable work history, no more than two jobs within the past three yearsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMust possess a valid driver's license and clean driving recordAccurately perform assigned tasks in a timely fashionCritical Skills:Prior experience operating sit-down forkliftsPrior experience working in a fast-paced shipping and receiving departmentAttention to detailAbility to work cross dock operationsAbility to load and unload trucks (lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis)Proficiency / Ability to learn computer-based shipping and receiving programs, prior experience preferredWillingness to learn other areas (maintenance & deliveries)Works well, both individually and in team environmentProficient in basic mathematicsSafety FocusedRF scanner experience preferredThe Warehouse Associate performs duties in a warehouse setting where the temperature may vary and be higher or lower than a normal indoor temperature.
This position requires frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting. The duties of this position are repetitive in nature. There is occasional use of a keyboard and computer monitor.
