We are seeking reliable Packers to join our team in South Charlotte. This role is responsible for accurately packing finished goods, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing products for shipment.

- Pack products according to company guidelines and customer specifications
- Inspect items for quality defects before packaging
- Label, seal, and organize packages for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily production and accuracy goals
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
