Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Apopka. This is a physically active, hands-on position responsible for receiving inventory, stocking products, picking and packing customer orders, loading delivery trucks, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately throughout the day. While productivity is important, accuracy is essential. Every order must be picked, verified, and prepared correctly to ensure our customers receive the right products on time.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Stock inventory in the proper warehouse locations using established procedures.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse software.
Verify item numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and product condition before orders are shipped.
Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Perform inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
Keep aisles, storage areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
Report damaged inventory, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly.
Work with the warehouse and delivery teams to meet daily shipping schedules while maintaining excellent accuracy.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks is preferred; candidates must be willing and able to become certified.
Comfortable using handheld scanners, tablets, or warehouse management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
Ability to follow written procedures and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout an entire shift.
Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable performing continuous physical work in a warehouse environment.
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment with on the job training.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy throughout the day.
