Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Associate And Assembler:

  • Unload, sort, and palletize inbound shipments

  • Verify expected receipt quantities against actual counts and perform basic quality inspections

  • Assist with putaway and stocking activities under the direction of Inventory Control

  • Work in rotating positions on production lines, learning each step of the assembly process and following detailed work instructions

  • Notify the Lead or Supervisor immediately of any identified quality issues

  • Pull and stage orders for retailers in compliance with customer-specific requirements and assist with loading outbound shipments onto semi-trailers

  • Utilize basic computer programs and shipping software to perform stock movements and shipment processing required to complete daily tasks

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

  • Possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Demonstrate the dexterity required to operate equipment and hand tools with precision

  • Have an eye for identifying quality issues and opportunities for improvement

  • Be able to stand, sit, walk, reach, twist, and bend at the knees throughout an 8-hour workday

  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and occasionally push, pull, slide, or maneuver up to 200 lbs

  • Be able to obtain forklift operator certification upon successful completion of internal training
