About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a food production company in River Falls, WI. In this role, you’ll support shipping, inventory, and production needs while helping ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate:
- Pull and stage products accurately using the company’s ERP system
- Load outbound trailers and support shipping operations
- Put away inventory and ensure proper product slotting
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Support production by filling ingredient orders
- Complete logs and communicate issues across shifts
- Conduct daily forklift inspections (pre- and post-operation)
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Forklift experience desired
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
