Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team supervision. This role ensures safe, efficient workflows while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
- Manage time, attendance, and workload distribution
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment maintenance
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift operation experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Computer proficiency (Oracle experience a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
