Warehouse Agent (Weekend Shift)Warehouse Agent you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with warehousing and distribution including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, labeling, loading/unloading, and inventory control. The available shift for this role is Friday-Monday: 10:00am - 9:00pm.Key Responsibilities:Safely operates forklift, pallet jack, and associated warehouse equipment to load, unload and move freight within the warehouseTrained and certified to safely handle dangerous goods (as applicable)Trained and certified to safely handle life science and healthcare shipmentsConducts staging of freightConducts handling of IWS freightConducts cleaning of warehouseConducts dimensioning and weighing of freightCompletes forms, logs, and other documentation as requiredDrives productivity improvement measures with the warehouse teamEfficiently works with various warehouse systemsGXP Responsibilities:Process Life Science and Healthcare ShipmentsEnsure customer requirements are met in full compliance with GXP guidelinesCompletes pre and post shipment tasksConducts review of shipping containers and reefer trailers to ensure conformity and compliance with established regulationsHandles goods within the required temperature range as defined in cSOP/documentation including correct storageReport deviations to warehouse management and support investigationsReport non-conformities to warehouse managerPerform pre-conditioning, buildup, and breakdown of ULDs, active, and passive temperature-controlled packagingSkills / Requirements:Strong communication skillsKnowledge of scanning freight in/out of the warehouseDetail oriented and strong follow-up skillsAble to walk/stand/kneel for long periods of time and lift 40-50 pounds occasionallyFork lift experienceReach Truck experience is a plusExperience with hazmat/dangerous goods and temperature control is a plusWarehouse management systems (WMS) experience is preferredWarehouse and / or Freight Forwarding industry experience strongly preferredPay Range: $19.39 - $25.85/hr.
