Warehouse Associate (Order Pulling / Labeling / Packing)

Position Summary We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily fulfillment operations by pulling customer orders, labeling product/cartons, and packing shipments accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, steady pace, and the ability to stay organized in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick/pull customer orders using pick tickets or a handheld scanner (as applicable)
• Verify item numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities to ensure order accuracy
• Label products and cartons (shipping labels, SKU labels, location labels as assigned)
• Pack orders securely using appropriate materials (poly bags, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.)
• Prepare cartons for shipment (seal, label, stage on pallets or designated areas)
• Perform basic quality checks (inspect for damage, correct item, correct count)
• Keep packing/picking areas clean and organized (5S/housekeeping)
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures

Qualifications

• Warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to read labels, pick tickets, and basic instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and reliability (consistent attendance is important)
• Comfortable working on your feet for the full shift and working at a fast pace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs (as needed)

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting (may include noise, moving equipment, and temperature changes)
• On-site role in Chatsworth, CA
