Core Responsibilities
- Defense of FLSA collective and class actions
- State wage law litigation
- Misclassification and overtime disputes
- Independent contractor classification analysis
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Managing mediation strategy
- Supervising junior attorneys on larger matters
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years employment litigation
- Meaningful Wage & Hour experience
- Comfortable leading litigation strategy
- Georgia Bar admission
Practice Environment
- Primarily remote
- Occasional in-person court or mediation appearances
