Your Role as an Associate Supervisor
As a supervising clinician, you will guide associate‑level therapists in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based teletherapy services to youth while ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate‑level therapists.
- Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Use tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care.
- Supervise during peak demand times (afternoons, evenings, and weekends) as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- Minimum of one year experience providing clinical supervision to associate‑level therapists.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work during peak supervision demand times.
- Preferred: bilingual in Spanish or another language.
- Preferred: experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
- Preferred: background in school settings or collaboration with educational institutions.
- Preferred: active NPI number and CAQH profile.
