W&I Float RN (Nights) - Full Time

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by floating between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU based on unit needs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and newborns across Women & Infants services.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
• Demonstrate flexibility, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred; Postpartum and NICU experience advantageous.

W&I Float RN (Night Shift)

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by floating between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU based on unit needs.

• Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.

Responsibilities Include

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
• Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with professional development.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Maintaining alertness and safety at all times in this safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's preferred.

No experience required; preferred <2 years in nursing.
