Vulnerability Management Lead

Leading the enterprise infrastructure vulnerability management and patch remediation lifecycle, the remote Vulnerability Management Lead will collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities while ensuring proper validation and closure. Key responsibilities Manage the vulnerability management process, including scanning, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and validation Coordinate patching activities and track remediation progress across multiple teams Translate technical vulnerabilities and security risks into business impact for stakeholders Required qualifications 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or security operations 3+ years of experience leading vulnerability management or patch remediation teams Hands-on experience with Rapid7, InsightVM, or Nexpose Strong ServiceNow experience, particularly with Vulnerability Response and CMDB/CI management Experience with enterprise Patch Management tools such as SCCM/MECM or Zoho Patch Manager
