VTC Infrastructure EngineerA VTC Infrastructure Engineer configures, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise audio-visual and video streaming infrastructure. They ensure high availability for virtual meetings, apply security compliance patches, and provide Tier II/III technical support for hardware like codecs, multipoint control units (MCUs), and UC managers.Core ResponsibilitiesDeploy, patch, and monitor enterprise VTC and VoIP systems, ensuring seamless performance and uptime.Diagnose and resolve connectivity, audio, and video issues, minimizing downtime for daily operations.Assist VIPs and leadership with conference setups, active meeting monitoring, and equipment orientation.Enforce organizational IA policies by performing vulnerability scans and applying cybersecurity compliance configurations (e.g., DISA STIGs). Risk Management Framework experience preferred.Manage hardware lifecycles, recommend technology refreshes, and maintain updated network and capability diagrams.Required Qualifications & Skills3 to 5 years of hands-on VTC or systems administration experience.Deep understanding of Cisco, Polycom, or similar AV/VTC codecs and infrastructure, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and control tools like Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS).Requires Minimum Active DoD Secret clearanceDoD 8570 compliance (such as CompTIA Security+ or CCNA)
