Who You’ll Work With

The Senior Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients and technical teams, focusing on designing scalable Snowflake-based solutions while leading data engineering and integration initiatives. The role emphasizes implementing governance and security best practices and translating business needs into robust technical architectures.

What You’ll Do

Design scalable and efficient Snowflake data architectures aligned with client requirements.

Lead data engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and integrations.

Define and implement data governance frameworks covering data quality, lineage, cataloging, metadata, security, and compliance.

Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize Snowflake performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Implement automation for data integration, monitoring, and error handling.

Define and enforce security practices including encryption, access controls, and data masking.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering team

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and/or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Experience designing Snowflake architectures and enterprise data solutions.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data integration.
• Strong data governance experience, including lineage, cataloging, metadata management, data quality, security, and compliance.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or guiding technical teams.
• Mandatory experience within Public Sector: government and/or university / higher education environments

Nice-to-Haves

Snowflake certifications.

Experience with large-scale Snowflake migration or modernization programs.

Experience with Snowflake security capabilities, data sharing, performance tuning, and cost optimization.

Experience with regulatory environments such as GDPR or CCPA.
