VP Tax Attorney

We are partnered with one of the largest and globally recognized brokerage firms on a VP of Tax opportunity for their rapidly growing M&A and Transaction practice. This individual will play a key role in structuring and placing tax insurance solutions for clients, supporting M&A transactions, tax credit investments, and corporate risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and execute tax insurance placements for a broad range of transactions
• Work alongside deal teams to increase adoption of tax insurance solutions
• Support client development initiatives across new and existing relationships
• Engage in industry events and client-facing activities
• Assist in scaling the tax insurance business across North America

Qualifications:

• JD required
• 3+ years of Big Law experience
• Specialize in M&A transactions and tax structuring
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to build relationships
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
