BNY is seeking a Vice President to join our Sox and Controls team in New York. The SOX / ICFR Lead will own end-to-end delivery of SOX and ICFR workstreams, oversee risk assessments, walkthroughs, testing, and documentation, and coordinate with auditors and control owners.
The role includes day-to-day guidance to junior team members and collaboration with Finance, Technology, and audit teams to ensure timely, audit-ready execution across the programme.
