VP, Regional Campus Operations

Alpha is seeking a VP Of Field Operations to own and optimize a multi-campus regional program across the Northeast, with Manhattan as the primary campus and 20–40% travel to CT, MA, and PA. This field role demands hands-on leadership, strict vendor accountability, and a cadence that standardizes operations across sites.

You will drive on-site audits, manage vendor performance, and lead capital upgrades, while codifying AI-enabled playbooks to ensure tour-ready campuses every day.
