State Street is seeking a senior real estate professional in Boston to lead occupancy-expense transactions from strategy through execution. You will partner with PM, Facilities, Engineering, Security, Technology, Finance, and Legal to optimize real estate strategies and drive cost efficiency.
You will manage asset oversight for select North American offices and global mail/print/vendor governance while applying US GAAP knowledge to leasing and occupancy-cost analyses.
