This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance executive to take ownership of a growing platform's financing strategy — leading debt, equity, and tax-equity transactions that support an expanding development and operating portfolio in one of the fastest-growing corners of the energy sectorr.
The Role
Our client is seeking a VP to lead their Project Finance function. The successful candidate will take primary ownership of financing transactions from structuring through close, direct internal teams and external advisors, and serve as a key face of the company to lenders and investors.
What You'll Do
- Lead structuring and execution of project-level and portfolio financings (debt, equity, tax credit transers
- Own and grow relationships with lenders, institutional investors, and capital markets partners
- Oversee financial modeling, diligence, and closing processes across multiple concurrent deals
- Act as primary point of contact — internally and externally — on complex financings
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Substantial experience in project finance, capital markets, or infrastructure finance — renewables background required
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex financing transactions start to finish
- Strong financial modeling and deal execution capability
- Comfort operating as a senior stakeholder-facing leader, both internally and with external capital partners
