They are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to own and modernize their core Content Authoring Platform at the Senior Director level. Salary
$280,000 – $320,000 base plus bonus and Equity. ( Based on experience )
Location
Hoboken, NJ (Expectations 2-3 days a week onsite)
Core Requirements & Responsibilities
- Proven experience leading platform products, internal tooling, or internal applications within complex enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Strong track record as a player‑coach, with demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams (managing a team size of 20+).
- Hands‑on product leader who can drive platform strategy while executing day‑to‑day continuous discovery and delivery cycles.
- Direct experience integrating AI/ML‑driven capabilities into products, including generative AI, automated workflows, and recommendation engines to upgrade legacy applications.
- Establish a rigorous, data‑driven product mindset across the team, utilizing advanced metrics, instrumentation, and success frameworks to validate hypotheses and track OKRs.
