We foster human–AI teaming and strong governance to ensure technology is used responsibly and in alignment with Bank policies and procedures.Position summary:The Vice President, Product Management - Commercial Banking is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of key banking products across commercial segments. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs, market insights, and business strategy into scalable, compliant, and profitable banking solutions.This position plays a critical role in shaping product roadmaps, driving execution excellence, and serving as a key stakeholder liaison across technology, operations, risk, compliance, sales, and customer experience.Standard 4-day in-office requirement, 1 day remote (of your choosing)Essential functions and responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product management for assigned commercial banking products, from discovery through launch and lifecycle managementPartner with the FVP to define and execute product roadmaps aligned to bank strategy, growth objectives, and customer needsIdentify opportunities for product innovation, modernization, and expansion across commercial segmentsAI Roadmap Integration: Partner with core AI team to drive AI-driven use cases within the long-term product vision.Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and prioritizationTranslate customer pain points and business needs into clear product value propositionsLeverage data, insights, and feedback loops to continuously improve product experience and outcomesTranslate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworksLead cross-functional execution with technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and servicing teamsEnsure timely, high-quality delivery of product initiatives within scope and budgetCross-Functional AI Orchestration: Lead the collaboration between IT and AI development teams to ensure data availability, model scalability, and seamless integration into the core banking infrastructureVendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party AI vendors and fintech partners, ensuring their solutions align with the bank's technical standards and product goalsPartner closely with risk, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory, policy, and operational standardsProactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycleBalance innovation with sound risk management and operational resilienceDefine product success metrics (KPIs), monitor performance, and drive data-driven decisionsAssess financial impact, profitability, pricing, and cost considerations for product initiativesUse insights to optimize product performance and inform future roadmap decisionsServe as a trusted product partner to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholdersPrepare and deliver clear, executive-ready presentations, business cases, and product updatesInfluence decision-making through strong storytelling, data, and structured communicationContribute to building strong product management standards, processes, and cultureModel collaboration, accountability, and customer-first thinkingKnowledge, skills and abilities:College degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 8 years of product management experience within banking or financial servicesIn-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury services and financial technology products, services and trends.Ability to work with minimal direction and deal with time pressures and changing priorities.Driven by a passion and curiosity to continuously learn how various technological systems, including AI, can enhance the work that you doPotential Salary: $140k - $170k annuallyThis salary range reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
