Exa, the AI-native search engine company, is seeking its first VP of Post-Sales. You will build and own the post-sales function from the ground up, shaping onboarding, health signals, renewals, and support to maximize Net Dollar Retention across consumption-based revenue.
You will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering, report to the CRO, and drive expansion through usage-based metrics in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
