Jobtailor is seeking an experienced portfolio leader to drive day-to-day lending team execution and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage portfolio managers and analysts supporting Juris Banking Lending and Deposit Sales, underwriting and originating loans to law firms and related businesses, while maintaining strong client relationships.
You will ensure compliance with lending policies and lead end-to-end loan execution, process improvements, and escalation on portfolio risks.
