Leading the design and implementation of pharmacy analytics solutions, the full-time remote Pharmacy Analytics VP will manage pharmacy benefit performance analysis, cost and utilization opportunities, and provide actionable insights to clients. Key responsibilities Lead the pharmacy analytics strategy and delivery model aligned with client priorities Oversee analytics related to pharmacy claims, pricing, and formulary management Translate complex analyses into insights and recommendations for clients and stakeholders Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy benefit management, or related fields Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, claims adjudication, and utilization management Proficiency in analytic tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or Tableau Strong leadership experience managing analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, pharmacy, or a related field
